Creative input
I ran regular content shoots, including photography and socials-led video, to build a backlog of ready to use content for Emily to create social assets. Reels were edited monthly to take the pressure off content Emily found harder to produce, while she took the lead on carousels, a format she connected with more naturally.
Additionally, we built a "detox package", which has since been replicated with other clients, based on Emily's need to take a complete break from social media while keeping the account active and on-brand. In this time, we created reels, carousels and took on community management whilst Emily was on holiday.
